Dr. Washington is an experienced Board Certified physician with additional training in cosmetics, aesthetics and overall health and wellness. He was born in Birmingham, AL, and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama in 1998. His MD degree was awarded in 2002 from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, one of the nation's top medical centers. Dr. Washington's post-graduate training in Internal Medicine was completed in 2005 after three years of residency at Atlanta Medical Center (formerly known as Georgia Baptist Medical Center) in downtown Atlanta. During his training, he developed an interest in cardiovascular risk assessment, diabetes, preventative medicine and non-surgical weight loss and exercise counseling. Following residency, Dr. Washington has spent several years receiving additional training and experience in several aspects of cosmetics, aesthetics and anti-aging from some of the country's foremost authorities on these subjects. Dr. Washington is currently on staff at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA, treating adult patients with a wide range of medical illnesses. He is also Chairman of the Diabetes Quality Improvement committee at Kennestone Hospital.
